Get into the rotation before it forms.
Every household ends up with three or four places they go back to. A new mover is deciding what those are right now, mostly by accident.

The moment
Nobody cooks the week they move
The kitchen is the last room to work properly. For the first week or two, dinner is whatever is close, open and not a disaster, and those first few choices are made with almost no information.
What starts as convenience hardens into the rotation, and the rotation is what a local restaurant actually lives on. Being one of the two or three places they tried in that first fortnight is worth more than any amount of visibility once the habit has set.
the first month
what they are deciding
- Where dinner comes from while the kitchen is still packed
- Which local place is worth booking for a birthday
- Where to take friends who visit the new house
None of it is settled yet. Somebody gets to be first.

The offer
What your letter actually says.
Your welcome letter
“Nobody cooks the week they move, so dinner is on us whenever the kitchen defeats you.”
your new neighbours at your business
Your welcome gift
Complimentary entree with two mains
Offers that work for restaurants
You choose the offer and we design the card around it. These are the shapes that tend to earn a first visit from someone who has nothing to compare you to yet.
- A complimentary entree with any two mains
- Twenty-five dollars off your first table
- A free dessert to share, any night this month
Examples, not a menu. Anything you can honour at the counter can go on the card.
Why it works
Feels like a welcome. Tracks like a campaign.
| Attribute | Feed ads | Your welcome letter |
|---|---|---|
| Where it lands | Somewhere in a scrolling feed | In their letterbox, in their hands |
| Who else is in it | Every advertiser bidding that day | Only you, in your niche |
| When it reaches them | Whenever the algorithm decides | Their first weeks in the suburb |
| What you can prove | Impressions that may never be seen | Delivery, scans and redemptions |

Fair questions
What restaurants ask us first.
Yes, and this is what the monthly cap is for. You set a ceiling on how much you will spend in a month, and letters stop when it is reached. If your suburb has an unusually busy month you are not suddenly holding a hundred redemptions you cannot seat.
Every card carries a QR code unique to you. The new mover scans it to activate the offer, and you mark it redeemed when they sit down. Your dashboard shows letters posted, offers activated and offers actually redeemed, so you can see the whole path rather than guessing at it.
Other trades
A suburb holds one of each.
Holding Restaurant in a suburb does not stop anybody else holding theirs. These are the neighbours you would share a letter round with, never the competition.
