Repeat scripts have to move house as well.
A pharmacy customer is chosen once, on proximity, and then almost never reconsidered. A move is the one moment that choice is genuinely open.
One pharmacy per suburb · free to check
The moment
Chosen once, kept for years
Nobody shops around for a chemist. They use the one near home, or near the doctor, and they keep using it until they move. Which means the entire competitive event for a local pharmacy happens in the few weeks after a household arrives.
In those weeks they need somewhere to take a repeat, somewhere to ask a question they would rather not book a doctor for, and somewhere close enough to get to at nine on a Sunday night. Whoever they use for the first script is usually still filling it years later.
the first weeks
what they are deciding
- Where to take repeat prescriptions now
- Which pharmacy is open latest nearby
- Who to ask the small health questions
None of it is settled yet. Somebody gets to be first.
all of it still
up for grabs
The offer
What your letter actually says.
Your welcome letter
“If you have scripts to transfer, bring them in and we will take care of the paperwork for you.”
your new neighbours at your business
Your welcome gift
Complimentary medication review
Offers that work for pharmacies
You choose the offer and we design the card around it. These are the shapes that tend to earn a first visit from someone who has nothing to compare you to yet.
- A complimentary medication review for new residents
- A free blood pressure check, no appointment
- A discount on your first over-the-counter purchase
Examples, not a menu. Anything you can honour at the counter can go on the card.
Why it works
Feels like a welcome. Tracks like a campaign.
| Attribute | Feed ads | Your welcome letter |
|---|---|---|
| Where it lands | Somewhere in a scrolling feed | In their letterbox, in their hands |
| Who else is in it | Every advertiser bidding that day | Only you, in your niche |
| When it reaches them | Whenever the algorithm decides | Their first weeks in the suburb |
| What you can prove | Impressions that may never be seen | Delivery, scans and redemptions |

Fair questions
What pharmacies ask us first.
No, and we would not draft it that way. The letter offers a service, such as a medication review or help transferring repeats, and never names or promotes a prescription product. That keeps it well inside the Therapeutic Goods advertising rules.
The register does not care who owns the business. While you hold Pharmacy in a suburb, no other pharmacy appears on a welcome letter there, independent or chain.
Other trades
A suburb holds one of each.
Holding Pharmacy in a suburb does not stop anybody else holding theirs. These are the neighbours you would share a letter round with, never the competition.
